- You will receive tracking info (if available) once dispatched
- Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are not under our control
6. Returns & Refunds

Generally, returns are accepted if:

We may require photos/videos as proof. Once verified, refunds or replacements will be processed accordingly.
