At Chappar Bazaar, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely and efficiently across Pakistan. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping process, delivery timelines and conditions to help you shop with confidence.

1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all major cities, towns and villages across Pakistan. No matter where you are, we strive to reach you.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • In case of delays due to high demand, stock issues or technical difficulties, you’ll be notified via call, SMS or WhatsApp.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery time varies based on your location:

Please note: Delivery may take longer during sales, Eid, public holidays or due to weather or courier delays. For major Chakwal city, delivery charges are low and delivery is usually faster than other areas.

 

4. Shipping Charges

We offer transparent and affordable delivery charges:

  • Standard Delivery Fee: Mentioned at checkout
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available nationwide

Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, location and courier service.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp message with your tracking number and courier partner details.
  • You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website or via our support.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect address or phone number
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept the parcel

The courier will usually attempt 2–3 deliveries. If still unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned and you may be charged for re-delivery.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take care to pack your orders securely. However, if your package is:

  • Damaged upon arrival: Report it within 24 hours with photos/video
  • Missing items: Notify us immediately
  • Not delivered within expected time: Contact support for a quick resolution

We will initiate an investigation and offer a refund or replacement, if eligible.
